Description |
The original newspaper was printed on 8 1/2-by-11-inch mimeographed paper and had hand-written headlines. By 1972 it sported printed headlines as well as a cover photograph, in this case the Little League Champions from District 10. The format changed to 8 1/2-by-14-inch paper on August 26, 1972. After many of the staff graduated from Coconut Creek High in 1972 (there was no local high school yet), Larry Mailoux became the publisher of The Forum and a paid staff was hired. Editions after October 26,1972 used newsprint. |
