By 1976, the city had its first "skyscraper" with the ten-story Bank of Coral Springs Building at the southwest corner of University Drive and Sample Road. Coral Ridge Properties built it as its new headquarters, leaving the Administration Building on Sample Road open for immediate use and eventual purchase by the City of Coral Springs, to be used as City Hall. |
